It was disrespectful to him, to the office and to the country. Unlike his predecessor (at least the first term), President Obama was legitimately elected. He and the office deserve the respect of all of us, and in case you haven't noticed, he hasn't been getting much respect from your end of the political spectrum. Has it not occurred to you that not allowing your kids to listen to the President of the United States was disrespectful? It was disrespectful to him, to the office and to the country.
