The first problem is that as a parent it is my responsibility to take care of my children, not the governments. My husband and I are the ones who decide what our children eat and what exercise they get. We don’t want the government involved any more than they already are.

Government involvement usually spells disaster. The diets of American citizens are not the place for government involvement.

This leads me to why I think they are doing this in the first place. They want more power. They want to take away more freedoms and make us more dependent on the government. A little socialism here, a little communism there. Little by little they will have the power they want. This is just part of the master plan to “transform America”.

We as Americans need to stay awake. We need to protect our freedoms. If I want to eat a Twinkie then I’ll eat a Twinkie. I will pay the consequences if I shouldn’t have eaten it. That’s between God and me. Not the government and me.

Simply and logically put, POLITICS!

These girls our being used to spread a few people’s opinions about the illegal immigration law that Arizona just signed. Basketball has absolutely nothing to do with the illegal immigrant issue. And the administration at the school wants to defend their decision by stating that they are afraid of what might happen.

This is ludicrous!

This has nothing to do with the safety of the girls or for the school. It has to do with the agenda of some of the administration and how they feel about the immigration law. They want to boycott Arizona, plain and simple. I say, fine. You stay out of Arizona, administration. I am sure Arizona would be happy to know that you were nowhere near its borders.

As for these girls, they need to find a way to get to the tournament that they have worked so hard for.

Why would we give this man the time of day and yet we shun anyone who wants to secure our borders, calling them racists? None of this makes sense and it infuriates me.

Mexico is riddled with crime. It’s out of control. It isn’t exactly a beacon of hope in the world. And yet the President of Mexico is allowed to speak before our congress and spout off his advice to us. And he gets applause from the democrats for berating our state of Arizona. We should be standing up for Arizona, not allowing an outsider to come in and belittle its stand on upholding the law of the land.

Something stinks here. And I am tired of it. I am fed up with the arrogance on Capitol Hill and the White House. They weren’t elected to bully us around or to play the games that they are playing. They are making a mockery out of our great country and they need to be stopped. The citizens of the United States deserve better. Our leaders are elected to serve us and to protect us.

Are you protecting us when you allow President Calderon to come into our country and berate us? No.

This is our land, our laws, our people. You come here, you come legally. If you want to live here you have to abide by the laws or you pay the consequences. I don’t care if you are Irish, Middle Eastern, Asian, Mexican, German, Russian, etc. The laws of the United States are the laws. They don’t apply to some and not the others. So if you can’t live here legally, then get out. Just keeping it simple.

Listen to your citizens Washington D.C. because we aren’t the “dummies” you thought we were.

We have all had enough. The government has absolutely no constitutional right to bar me from praying when and where I want to. I am tired of “moments of silence”. It is nothing more than a political correct word. Those who don’t believe in prayer are still not praying and those of us who do are. Those who don’t feel comfortable praying don’t have to. That is the freedom we cherish in the U.S. But I have the freedom to pray and our senior citizens certainly should too.

This is absolutely ludicrous.

This is nothing new, though. Since the beginning, those who followed God have been persecuted and ridiculed. We have been asked to bow down to other gods. We have been made to be slaves for pagan countries. Many have given up their lives, proudly, because of the name of Christ.

All these issues we are facing today in the U.S. and around the world, I believe, all come back to God. That is the lack of fear for our Creator and the lack of belief that He even exists. Socialism, communism, evolution, humanism, relativism, Marxism, Nazism, etc. all find their roots in atheism. The Foundation that sustains is not there. No hope. No peace. No faith. Nothing. With no purpose for life, then there becomes no regard for anyone else’s life in all areas of life. It’s a vicious cycle that only Jesus can stop and heal.

So you see, it is people who have no concept of true Freedom in Jesus, that want to limit our constitutional freedoms and shut us up. It’s really an attack on God. I do believe God prepared us for this in the Words of the Bible.

Tiger, I hope you got the message. People do care about you. Jesus cares even more. You won’t find that anywhere else or from anything else.

The context of this passage takes place after the great flood. Noah and his family, along with all of the animals have left the ark. Noah has built an altar and made a sacrifice to the Lord. God was pleased with Noah and said the following.

“I will never again curse the earth, destroying all living things, even though people’s thoughts and actions are bent toward evil from childhood. As long as the earth remains, there will be springtime and harvest, cold and heat, winter and summer, day and night.” (Genesis 8:21-22)

You can’t get any clearer than that.

For those who put their trust and faith in the Lord, this is comforting and freeing. For those who are searching these words will hopefully make them think, and unfortunately for those who want nothing to do with God, they will only fight it, deny it, or run. In my simple and common sense way of thinking and doing, I just say, God said it, I believe it, case closed. God’s Word has always stood the test and it will in this case too.

So do you really want to believe all of the Global Warming hype led by people who don’t even follow their own advice and get rich off of this joke, or will you realize contrary to world belief, God is still in control and always will be?

I have to be honest and sincere. It does matter to me what people do in their private lives, because what they do in the house effects what they will do and how they will act outside their private lives. It is just the facts. There is no getting around it.

So yes, I do care what you do in the privacy of your house. In a broad sense, that is. No, I am not going door to door checking up on my neighbors or family. But we do need to care.

We need to care that many men and now women are looking at pornography in the privacy of their homes and it is effecting how they relate in the outside world. Many a rape, incest, molestation, murder case can be linked to the addiction of pornography. To not such an extreme, this addiction is breaking up families, which in turn hurts children, which effects how they function in life.

This is just one example of how what we do in the privacy of our homes does matter. I can’t turn my back on what is going on. I have to stand up for what I believe in. I have to stand up for what is right.

Am I going door to door condemning my neighbors? No. But, I can’t say that I won’t speak up when given the opportunity and I certainly, at the very least, must be honest with myself and true to my God, that I do care what others do. To say that I don’t care, would be to say I really don’t care about humanity.

So, to anyone who says that they don’t care what others do as long as they don’t push it on them, I ask you to really think it through. I understand where you are coming from, but if we are truly honest, we do care. When something is wrong, it is wrong; inside the house or outside.

We must stop the political correctness and stand up for what is right.

I thought that I had seen it all until I was watching The Biggest Loser on NBC the other night. I knew that they were shooting this episode in Washington D.C., but I was hoping that it wouldn’t be full of praise and worship of our president. It was, though.

Why? Why do we think that we need to elevate him above all? If the viewer didn’t know better, you would think that the Obama family was the only healthy eating first family in history. I don’t remember the exact words, but the trainers were “giddy” over the fact that this first family was such a great role model for the rest of the world by how they took care of and promoted great health. I didn’t know that smoking cigarettes qualified as healthy? I didn’t know that lying and corruption were a part of a healthy lifestyle, either?

Have you noticed that many of the television shows have the characters or participants showing the importance of volunteering? I have no problem with volunteerism. I volunteer at my children’s schools and at our church. What I have a problem with is other people telling me that we need to do it. The government telling me I need to do it. That isn’t how volunteerism works. People have volunteered just fine without the help of government and star power.

These are just a couple of examples of his agenda push. There are so many more. The president loves to see and hear his name. This is all a part of his master plan. Power can do some evil things if gone unchecked and unchallenged. Unfortunately that is what this administration wants and that is what they will have unless we speak up and act.

So NBC, CBS, and ABC, let the Biggest Loser and all the other shows be what they are supposed to be—entertainment not propaganda.

There are things that surround me every day that I do not agree with and that I don’t want my children exposed to. What do I do when I am bombarded by this stuff? Well, I run the other way. I teach my children the difference between right and wrong and I surround myself with the things that matter.

We live in a great country, but so many are intent on destroying what makes this great land of the free just that, free. We must stand up and not back down. God did not say to stand idly by and allow others to steal our freedom. We must stand up for the innocent and we must stand up for the truth.

Thank goodness for many American citizens who are willing to do just that.

What has happened to America that we could get this far. Is nothing sacred anymore?

This treaty, as it should be called, is a scary thing. It calls for a one world government, redistribution of wealth from wealthy countries to poor countries. It would literally close down the free market system, take over financial markets worldwide and also tax every financial transaction on wealthy countries at least 2%. That last act alone has the power to completely close down Wall Street.

All of this under the convenient disguise of the environment and global warming. Apparently we, the wealthy nations, especially the United States, are to blame for “global warming”, and so we must pay for it. We would pay for it by basically paying back the poor countries, which don’t emit that much CO2. This is called climate debt. So we suffer and others get to reap the rewards.

Let’s see, redistribute wealth nationally and now globally. Government takeover of all aspects of life nationally and now globally. Glenn Beck asked his guests on Friday’s show if they believed that this treaty would actually be signed. Bolton said he didn’t think it would and Lord Monckton absolutely pleaded with Americans that it most certainly would.

The signing of this document would change our country and our world forever. Our constitution is in jeopardy, here. We must wake up. We must let our Senators know. Right now they are our only hope to stop this insanity. Call your senators. Go to WEBCommentary and sign the petition to stop this treaty. If you love your freedom, act!

I have no doubt in my mind that our president loves this and that this is all a part of his master plan. He has evil intent and he hates our country. He will sign this “agreement”. I pray that I am wrong, but look what he has done so far.
